Return Policy 

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. 

For altered products ((bundles are unwrapped / extensions/ wigs have been worn) ALL SALES are FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation. Once the hair has been tampered with, BLAKNA does not offer NO returns OR exchanges. 

If the customer has already received the product and would like a refund, they would need to return the product back to us within 15 days of its original shipment date. The hair must be in its original condition and it cannot have been worn or opened.

If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at customerservice@blakna.com IMMEDIATELY within 1 business day. If your item is defective we will allow an exchange. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn or tampered. For Hair, hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, fingers ran thru, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in anyway.

Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. 

If our company decides to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for the shipping and shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed.

We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 3-5 business days processing for returns.

Not the style you were looking for and wanted to exchange to something else? No problem! Just send it back to us in the original state the same as it was sent to you. We honor this for up to 15 days after purchase (15 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Orders returned after 15 days will be sent back to the customer. 

We do not refund shipping charges.

***Please note that online orders cannot be returned for in-store credit and they must be refunded to their original form of payment or online credit only. Online orders cannot be exchanged in-store.

To return the hair please send it to the address on your original sender shipping label. The returned items must follow our return policy guidelines above. All returns have to be refunded. We currently do not exchange orders.

ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED YOU CANNOT MAKE ANY EDITS OR CHANGES TO THE ORDER. WE WILL NEED TO ISSUE YOU A FULL REFUND.
